Delivery times
- Express (DHL, FedEx): 2–5 business days
- Standard air freight: 7–14 business days
- Sea freight, for bulk orders: 30–45 days
Costs and duties
Shipping is quoted per order, based on weight, declared value and destination. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless the supplier quotes on a delivered-duty-paid basis.
Insurance and tracking
Every shipment is fully insured and tracked. Tracking details are issued when the supplier hands the parcel to the carrier.
