Returns Policy

What can be returned, and how long you have.

Standard returns

Stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and in their original packaging, provided the pieces match the order.

What cannot be returned

• Custom and made-to-order pieces
• Engraved or personalised items
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty

Faulty goods

If an item arrives damaged or not as described, raise a dispute within 30 days and buyer protection covers the order in full.
