Jewelry Care Guide
Keeping stock and finished pieces in showroom condition.
Everyday care
- Put jewelry on last, after cosmetics and fragrance
- Remove before swimming, showering or exercise
- Store pieces separately so harder stones cannot scratch softer ones
Cleaning
Warm water, a drop of mild soap and a soft brush suits gold, platinum and diamonds. Pearls, opals and emeralds should only be wiped with a soft damp cloth — never soaked, and never put in an ultrasonic cleaner.
Professional servicing
Have settings and clasps checked once a year. Stones loosen with wear long before they fall out.
