How does supplier verification work?
Every supplier on jewnest submits business registration documents, proof of manufacturing capability and trade references. We check each one before the profile goes live, and re-verify annually.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, PayPal and bank transfer for smaller orders. Larger wholesale orders can be arranged on letter of credit or escrow terms directly with the supplier.
How long does the RFQ process take?
Most verified suppliers respond to a request for quote within 48 hours. Response rates are shown on every supplier profile.
Do you provide shipping insurance?
Yes. All shipments arranged through jewnest are insured for their full declared value, door to door.
What if I have a dispute with a supplier?
Orders placed through jewnest are covered by buyer protection. Raise a dispute within 30 days of delivery and our team will mediate.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums are set per supplier and per product, and are shown on each listing. They typically range from 25 to 100 pieces.
